Get your sailing lessons nearby. Sailing a boat will change your life. AIRBNB seems to be taking the overflow of tourists in from San Diego (just a few exits away) who can't even find a hotel or an available Airbnb locally. The need for homes and apartments in and around this area are expected to increase as thousands of employees look for housing close to work. The Chula Vista outdoor mall is a 15 minute walk.
