The house is empty, so it will be more like camping. You are a five minute drive to the Hwy. 5 on-ramp. A very good thing when considering other less expensive homes - Do the commute from the other houses and you’ll learn why the Chula Vista Beach house is worth the uptick in price. You are a 13-minute-drive to the Chula Vista Marina and restaurants. Check out the prices of boats - prices are coming down! Plan weekends in Los Angeles, Santa Monica…San Francisco, Sausalito…. Get your sailing lessons nearby. Sailing a boat will change your life. AIRBNB seems to be taking the overflow of tourists in from San Diego (just a few exits away) who can't even find a hotel or an available Airbnb locally.
